This is a container of welcome. We practice seeing and hearing without fixing, judging, or needing to change anything. All parts of you are welcome here—your joy, your grief, your uncertainty, your breakthroughs. You don’t need to show up any certain way to be received with presence and care.

In Authentic Relating, we say “assumptions kill connection.” It’s easy to fill in the blanks with stories—but deeper connection lives in curiosity. When something arises, pause and check it out. Energy Work sessions support the release of stress, heaviness, and blockages, inviting clarity and vitality back into your body and mind. Through hands-on or distant techniques rooted in Reiki and intuitive guidance, your system is encouraged to reset—creating space for deeper presence, healing, and renewal.
Space Clearing extends this work into the environments you live and work in. Just as our bodies can hold energy, so can our homes, offices, and gathering spaces. Compassionate presence at life’s threshold is at the heart of my work as an End-of-Life Doula. These offerings are designed to bring comfort, clarity, and dignity to individuals and families as they navigate the sacred passage of dying.
End-of-Life Doula support is not medical care, but emotional, spiritual, and practical guidance. I walk alongside you and your loved ones—holding space, easing fears, and helping to create meaningful rituals that honor the life being lived. This may include guided relaxation, legacy projects, family conversations, or simply sitting in quiet presence, listening with compassion.
My role is to ensure that this transition is approached with respect and tenderness—meeting each person where they are, and supporting them in aligning with their own values, beliefs, and wishes. For families, I offer grounding practices, clear communication, and compassionate presence to help navigate the challenges and emotions that arise.
These services are about more than end-of-life—they are about life itself: finding peace, meaning, and connection in one of the most human experiences we share. Whether you or a loved one are preparing for this transition, or you simply wish to have conversations around death and dying, I am here to walk with you in reverence and care.
