Terms and Conditions for Mystical Xandar Vibes (MXV Dallas)

Services Offered:

We provide various services including Reiki, Sound Healing, Energy Work, and Rune Readings, among others. Services are delivered both online and in person, depending on the needs and requests of the client. Service structures are flexible, and any significant changes will be communicated via email or text.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy:

No Refunds: Due to the nature of time reservations and planning, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.Rescheduling: Clients have 90 days to reschedule a canceled appointment or event. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.Deposit Forfeiture: Clients may reschedule once after cancellation. A second cancellation will result in the automatic forfeiture of the deposit.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment or event time. Reservations are held on a first-come, first-served basis, and will only be secured once the deposit is received. We can hold a reservation for up to 10 business days under special circumstances.

Dispute Resolution:

Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the service, event, location, and price.

Client Accounts:

While clients are not required to create an account, one will be generated to retain service history, notes, and contact information.
