The experience begins with a guided breathwork session facilitated by Kim Layton, inviting you to reconnect with your breath as an act of devotion to yourself. Through conscious breathing and grounded guidance, participants are supported in releasing stored tension, softening self-judgment, and creating space for compassion, clarity, and emotional honesty.

Following the breathwork, you’ll be gently guided into a restorative sound bath led by Alexander, offering a container for integration and nervous-system settling. The resonant tones of gongs, singing bowls, and harmonic textures help the body absorb what has surfaced—allowing insight, emotion, and intention to land with ease rather than effort.
