You are invited to a small, intimate Full Moon Sound Bath, guided with care to support rest, reflection, and gentle release under the light of the full moon.

The Full Moon is often associated with illumination and completion — a natural moment to pause, notice what’s come into focus, and release what feels ready to soften or shift. In this cozy gathering of just 8 participants, you’ll be guided into a calming space designed to support stillness, relaxation, and inner awareness.

Participants will settle into comfortable recliner chairs and be led through a short grounding before being immersed in a live sound bath featuring gongs, singing bowls, and harmonic instruments. The sounds and vibrations support the nervous system, help quiet mental chatter, and allow the body and mind to settle into a restorative state.

This experience offers space to:

With only 8 recliner chairs available, this sound bath is intentionally small, allowing for a more personal and spacious experience while remaining welcoming and accessible. (A yoga mat can be requested if it makes it more comfortable for you)

No prior experience with sound healing is needed. Simply arrive comfortable, curious, and open to rest.
