A Sound Bath is an immersive, full-body listening experience designed to guide you into deep rest, presence, and energetic recalibration. Through intentional sound and vibration, you are invited to soften the mind, relax the nervous system, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

This experience weaves together sound healing and Reiki-based energetic awareness. Using a curated selection of instruments—such as gongs, crystal singing bowls, flutes, and harmonic tools—each session is intuitively guided and responsive to the collective field. The sounds are not performed at you, but offered as an environment where your body and energy can naturally reset, retune, and integrate.

Vibration has the ability to move beyond thought and language, supporting:

• Deep relaxation and release of stored tension

• Nervous system regulation and emotional grounding

• Mental clarity and subtle energetic alignment

• A felt sense of presence, balance, and inner spaciousness

Each Sound Bath is unique, meeting you exactly where you are and allowing you to receive whatever is most supportive in that moment—without effort, expectation, or performance.

What to Bring & How to Prepare

Come as you are, and dress comfortably. This is a resting experience.

Please bring any items that help you feel supported, such as:

• A yoga mat or something to lie on

• Blankets and/or a pillow

• Water

No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is needed.
